2. A utility bill or a bank statement that has been issued within the last 3 months, with the address matching the address in your trading account.
You need to scan your documents and forward them to us. Your documents will be checked by the verifications department within 24-48 hours.

Withdrawals are processed using the same method that was used for deposit.
AlertPay, OKPAY, Liberty Reserve, LiqPay or Bank Wire ($35 bank wire fee).
Our payment processors may charge fees for you to receive funds, please check with them to see what those will be.
We do not charge anything additional on our end for those methods. Because of recent heavy fraud Credit Card deposits can only be withdrawn via a Bank Wire after a minimum of 30 days.
This takes 24-72 hours (sometimes much faster) for us to process.

+ What are the deposit bonus terms and conditions?
The bonus is immediately applied to your account as a "credit" so you may begin using it to trade with right away. In order to withdraw this bonus you must trade 1 Full Lot (100,000) units per $1 of bonus funds received.For example: If you deposit $5000 and receive a $500 bonus credit you must trade 500 lots within the system to qualify to withdraw the $500.
